About Ann Howarth

Ann studied at the Royal College of Music in London where she gained an ARCM diploma in Piano Teaching.

This was followed by several years as a viola player in the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO).

Ann has taught piano, violin, viola and theory in various schools and privately for many years with a long record of success in the Associated Board exams.

Most recently she has been teaching some 60 pupils in both school and private piano lessons based in south Manchester, and she has now relocated to Cheltenham.
