Ann's approach has always been one of patient encouragement, and she aims for the pupils to find enjoyment and a sense of achievement in their music.

A young pupil once wrote to her 'Thank you for teaching me, you do it in a kind way', her gentle approach to the younger ones apparent.

Private pupils are taught from Ann's home in a relaxed environment. With many years of experience as a teacher and professional musician, she encourages the younger pupils, and can bring experienced players along with their technical skills and musicality.
